To redeem a membership credit, book either the Members Only: Blowout Credit or Hello Glow Spray Tan online, in person, or over the phone. If booking a blowout that requires additional time (Long or Thick Hair, Extensions, Textured Hair, or Diffused Curl), please also add the appropriate Members Only Service/Time Adjustment when booking. Your membership credit will apply up to $50 toward your service, and any remaining balance will be due at checkout.

3. Your membership credit covers the first $50, and any remaining balance will be due at checkout.

Each month, you'll receive one complimentary 50% Off Guest Pass to share with a friend or family member. Simply pick up your personalized guest pass during your monthly appointment and pass it along to someone you'd love to introduce to Hello Blow. Each pass is valid for one Signature Blowout or Hello Glow Spray Tan and expires at the end of the month.

→ Memberships are billed monthly and require a 3-month minimum commitment.

→ After the initial 3-month commitment, memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

→ Unused credits do not automatically roll over however we will always do our best to accommodate and assist you should something come up.

→ Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the active member, with the exception of one gifted unused credit per month.

→ Guest passes are limited to one per month, do not roll over, and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or membership credits.

→ Guest pass discounts apply to the base $50 service only and do not include add-ons, upgrades, extensions, extended-time services, textured hair services, curl diffuse services, bridal services, special event styling, formal styling, makeup, or private event bookings.

→ Membership credits, gifted credits, and guest passes may not be redeemed for cash, retail, gratuity, or account credit.

→ Free birthday blowout or spray tan must be used during the month of your birthday. 

→ Membership appointments are subject to availability.

→ Promotional Memberships such as “Founding Memberships” pricing remains active as long as the membership stays current and in good standing.

→ Memberships may be paused for up to one month. 

→ If a membership is canceled, paused beyond the approved pause period, or payment fails and is not corrected, the Membership rate selected may no longer be available.

→ Membership appointments follow Hello Blow’s standard cancellation and no-show policy. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the credit being forfeited.
